Long Term Care

Anderson Nutrition Services is a group of highly experienced Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists. We accept short term assignments for Long Term Care Facilities. If you are in need for emergency, holiday, sick or vacation coverage, are between dietitians, or need assistance with nutrition support remotely, we are here for you!

With over 30 Registered Dietitian Consultants, throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, we are able to work in teams to ensure your residents are seen timely and your nutrition, MDS and care planning documentation are complete. We will support your facility with our proficient knowledge of an array of software programs as well as hard copy charting. We will work with your nursing, food service and therapy teams to make sure that dietary and nutrition information is communicated appropriately and the resident gets optimal nutrition care.

Are you stretched beyond capacity during these COVID-19 times?

We offer short-term, reasonably priced RD Nutrition Services, including resident assessments and care plan documentation. All this, provided remotely by our experienced Dietitians.

Aside from required routine documentation and attention to residents with high risk nutrition issues, we offer the following optional services:

• Assistance with recruiting on a pre-approved hourly basis
  
  

• Assistance with training new staff Registered Dietitians
  
  
• Food Service Management assistance by arrangement.
  
  
• We have no non-competes in our company, but we do honor those of our clients.
  
  
• We do not charge placement fees or any other fees except a pre-approved negotiated contract rate that is competitive with your geographic area.
